Shipping Locations

Physicians Approved currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing time refers to the preparation of your order and is separate from shipping transit time.


Shipping & Delivery

Once an order leaves our facility, it is transferred to a third-party shipping carrier. Most domestic shipments are delivered within approximately 2–7 business days, depending on the carrier, service level selected, and destination.

Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

While we work to ship orders promptly, Physicians Approved cannot be responsible for delays that occur after an order has been transferred to the carrier, including delays related to weather, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has received your package.


Delivery Issues

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
