Shipping & Returns Policy

U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, Physicians Approved ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping and do not ship outside of the U.S., including to the European Union or other foreign jurisdictions.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Physicians Approved offers CBD elixirs and personal wellness products that are ingestible and/or consumable. For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except as outlined below.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will make it right.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receipt if:

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order is defective due to packaging or shipping issues

To request a replacement, please email arielcalista98@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are issued only at our discretion when a replacement is not possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • CBD elixirs or ingestible products

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order.
